The equipment is for automatic filling, stoppering and capping of vials and bottles in glass, plastic, or metal, for powder product, in sterile areas or clean rooms.
Main features
- Powder filling from 2 to 1,500 mg.
- The filling station is equipped with volumetric fill guns; the dosing is carried out through vacuum-pressure system, which offers the advantages, e.g. flexibility in processing of complex powders, excellent dosing accuracy of ±0.5 to 2% for most applications, dosing from the bottom of the container to avoid dispersion of powder into the atmosphere.
- The stoppering station is equipped with pick & place arm which can place rubber stopper onto the vial fully or partially.
- The capping station can be equipped with pneumatic crimping head(s) or tangential rolling heads, characterized by minimum non-viable particles generation.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.
