The equipment is for automatic and individual filling and tip cap insertion of pre-assembled plastic syringes in sterile areas or clean rooms.
Main features
- The filling station can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system for liquid.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.
- All production parameters as below can be saved in the PLC to create different recipes. They are dosing volume, kinematics of the filling process, insertion depth of plungers, closing torque in screwing plunger rods, adjustment of the component feeders, and product counter.
- The parameters are automatically regulated and associated to each format of the syringe. The recipes can be loaded from the HMI that re-establish automatically the parameters for a selected format. New recipes can be easily created and edited.
