Filling Machine
The filling machine is for automatic processing of bottles, vials, and syringes, for liquid and semisolid products, in sterile areas or cleanrooms.
Main features
- The filling station driven by servomotor(s) can be equipped with a maximum of 6 peristaltic pumps or valveless rotary piston pumps for liquid, or vacuum-pressure for powder.
- The adaptation to different heights of containers is made through digital positioning gauge.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.
- Production parameters are automatically adjusted and associated to each recipe.
- The machine can store up to 200 different recipes.
