The tabletop peristaltic pump provides an accurate and high quality filling of bottles, tubes, and vials.
Main features
- It is propelled by a powerful servomotor, capable to drive up to 3 pump heads in series.
- Peristaltic pump has become, in a short time, a favourite filling system in pharmaceutical industry due to its sterility, flexibility and easy cleaning, as the product contacts only the peristaltic tubes and the dosing needles.
- It dispenses the product in a smooth and progressive way, excellent for dosing of suspensions, vaccines, cellular tissue, and other types of liquid (not viscous).
- All production parameters can be saved in the PLC, e.g. dosing volume, kinematics of the filling process, individual control of both acceleration and deceleration of the servomotor, Interval time between dosing, calibration parameters, drip-free function, product counter.
- Production parameters are automatically adjusted and associated to each recipe.
- The machine can store up to 200 different recipes.
