De-bagging Machine
The equipment is for de-bagging of ready-to-use (RTU) vials, syringe, or cartridges packaged in tub/tray.
Main features
- Automatic cutting of the bag.
- No contact between non-sterile and sterile side, i.e. external surface of bag v.s. external surface of tub/tray.
- Automatic transfer of the tub to downstream machine through an automatic gate.
- No cross-over between non-sterile and sterile area, i.e. unpacking v.s. de-lidding area.
- Disposal of waste with integrated collection bin with wheels.

- 21 CFR part 11 compliant data acquisition system.
- Barrier system: oRABS.
