Filling & Closing Machine
The equipment is for automatic filling and closing and of plastic microtube with cap, for liquids or semisolid products.
Main features
- The filling station can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system for liquid, or vacuum-pressure dosing system for powder.
- The pick & place system which places the caps in sequential mode onto the containers, these being spnun in order to pre-screw caps. The handling of closure is made by vacuum.
- The closing station is equipped with a servo driven electronic screwing head, which allows to survey the exact tighten torque.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.

- Gas-flushing before, during, and/or after filling.
