The equipment is for automatic filling, closing and labelling of plastic microtubes, for liquids or semisolid products.

• The filling station can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system for liquid, or vacuum-pressure dosing system for powder.
  
• The pick & place system which places the caps in sequential mode onto the containers, these being spnun in order to pre-screw caps.  The handling of closure is made by vacuum.
• The closing station is equipped with a servo driven electronic screwing head, which allows to survey the exact tighten torque.
• Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.

• Gas-flushing before, during, and/or after filling.
