Automatic De-nesting Machine
The equipment is for de-nesting of ready-to-use (RTU) vials or syringes in tub/tray. It takes out the container row-by-row and put the on the infeed conveyor for downstream machine.

- Automatic transfer of nest with pick&place station through vacuum-assisted nozzle and conveyor.
- Automatic rejection of empty tub/tray through an ejector on a roller platform.
- Automatic de-nesting through pincer.
- Automatic rejection of the empty nest through a roller conveyor.
