Filling & Closing Machine
The equipment is for filling and stoppering disposable syringes, vials, and cartridges in nests. The syringes, vials, and cartridges are supplied ready-to-use (RTU), already sterilized and ready to be processed, therefore no washing, sterilization, or special transportation is required.
Main features
- The filling station can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system for liquid.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.
- All production parameters as below can be saved in the PLC to create different recipes. They are dosing volume, kinematics of the filling process, insertion depth of plungers, adjustment of the component feeders, and product counter.
- The parameters are automatically regulated and associated to each format of the syringe, vial, or cartridge. The recipes can be loaded from the HMI that re-establish automatically the parameters for a selected format. New recipes can be easily created and edited.

- Vacuum-assisted or gas-flushing during filling.
