Automatic De-nesting Machine
The equipment is for de-nesting of ready-to-use (RTU) vials, syringes, or cartridges in tub/tray. It takes out the container row-by-row and put the on the infeed conveyor for downstream machine.

- Automatic transfer of nest with pick&place station through vacuum-assisted nozzles and conveyor.
- Automatic rejection of empty tub/tray through an ejector on a roller platform.
- A programmable cleanroom robotic arm, comply with the stringent requirements for pharmaceutical industry, with vacuum-assisted nozzles to de-nest the containers row-by-row.
- Automatic rejection of the empty nest through a roller conveyor.
