Filling & Closing Machine
The equipment is for stoppering, filling, and capping of glass or plastic single-chamber cartridges, for liquid products in sterile areas.
Main features
- Plunger insertion from the bottom of container for processing non pre-capped cartridge.
- Introduction of mixing balls.
- Two-steps filling operation to avoid air introduced into the container. In the 1st step, the filling station operating at higher speed can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system. In the 2nd step, the filling station operating at lower speed can be equipped with either apparent level through vacuum, overfilling & extraction of excessive product, or level filling through laser sensor (without overfilling).
- Closing of aluminum cap with rubber stopper through electronic crimping head with minimum non-viable particle generation.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.

- Gas-flushing before and/or during filling.
- Laser filling through laser (without overfilling).
- Automatic reject station for defective products.
