Automatic filling, stoppering, and assembling machine for Dual-Chambers Syringe (DCS) with the processes of “Liquid + Liquid/Powder” or "Lyophilized + Liquid". The barrel DCS is supplied "in nest" while the plunger, needle adaptor, and needle are supplied "in bulk".
Main features
- The 1st chamber is filled with liquid or powder, it can be equipped with volumetric and/or peristaltic dosing system for liquid or vacuum-pressure dosing system for powder. The 2nd chamber is normally filled with liquid.
- Three sets of plunger insertion station for intermediate, top, and bottom plungers.
- Automatic container inversion before filling the 2nd chamber.
- Assembling of tip cap or needle adaptor and needle.
- Quick and easy format parts changeover without tools.

- Vacuum-assisted or gas-flushing during filling.
- Vacuum-assisted and/or gas-flushing plunger insertion.
- Automatic In-Process Control (IPC).
- CIP/SIP compatible dosing system.
- 21 CFR part 11 compliant data acquisition system.
